Having been a member of the AA for many years i recently had the misfortune to use the service i paid for. As a result they insisted that i pay a premium price to continue membership.I have phoned them on several occassions and on the last i instructed them not to renew my membership. Despite this they took the money from my account and now refuse to return same in full as they insist they have an administration charge.Further to that they say they have no record of my calls. Having paid this company for many years without using the service i feel utterly aggrieved with them.
