scottish power sucks

I've had 4 different bills from Scottish Power over the last six weeks - unbelievable coz I pay by Power Card! Seems they 'forgot' to adjust my meter in March 04, again in March 05 and I'm due them - £228.27 or perhaps its £174.47 or maybe £139.74 but then again it could be £120.15. I'm fuming! Each time I phone I get an arsey female saying I've got to pay for the electricity I've used even though they admit it was THEIR oversight. Grrrrrr.... To make matters worse (could it BE any worse??) they've adjusted my meter to take the amount back (which amount eh?) and its gobbling up my money AND MY FIRE HASN'T BEEN ON FOR WEEKS! Dreading winter - I'll freeze to death and pay Scottish Power a fortune whilst in the process!
