Terrible pub

Pub The Old Forge, Otterbourne in Winchester. Booked a table, told to just go in and choose one which we did (so why book). Arrived 19:05 daughter's starter arrived 19:35 (after I complained). Our main courses didn't arrive after complaining to the bar staff, walked out after paying for drinks and starter. No apology, no recompense, absolutely nothing. Husband and I got no food after an hour!!
