ciroen parts

ordered an ecu unit for Citroen C5 on 03 March 2006.The part had been stolen from the car while on Citroen dealer premises(Arnold Clark). The car has been off road since then and I still cant get anyone to speak to at the manufacturer. Arnold Clark blame Citroen but wont/cant give me a contact to speak to at Citroen. It is now 02 June and I am still walking.
