i've been a telewest customer for 18 years and been very satisfied with the sevice they provided up until 3 months ago when they started adding additional features to my bill at £7 a time ,which adds up when their trying to say i had up to 6 in a month.after many frustrating phone calls we got it sorted out only to be told it would be refunded the next month . i'm just wondering how many more people their doing it to they must be earning loads of money in interest on all this
