Ace Home Improvements are liars, overchargers and underhanded crooks! The guy who came to give me a free estimate had the nerve to try to make a deal under the table, have you ever?! Then they had the nerve to ask me to tell the bank that everything was okay when they called so they can get the money released and they hadn't even finished the work. They broke the top of my toilet, called me and told me they were bringing a new one over over 'tomorrow'...that was in 1999...seven years ago. They have moved several times and are now on Bushwick Ave. in Brooklyn, NY. They have not accepted my registered letters. BUT! Do I have a surprise for them??? Crooks!
