Taken advantage of

I have a small woman owned coffee company. Due to Hurrican Katrina there were elec. surges that damaged my machines. All of the companies covered the cost of the replacement through there ins.. Except Signature flight support. They kept my machines for over a year and then returned them broken. They were billed for 1400.00. The GM called and said he would pay 250.00 take it or leave it.
