swiss chalet sucks

how does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken? im in the drive thru at a swisschalet/harveys and it took them 50 mins to tell me they had no chicken!i would have left if they had told me when i ordered the food but they didnt!they kept coming out and telling us just 5 mins more!then when i got to the window they had the balls to tell me that it will be a hour for chicken! another hour!to make matters worse i was informed that head office took over that francise,that week and thats why it was a disaster! i used to go there all the time and never had a problem before! but with headoffice running the joint,all i can see is that place getting worse!
