surveyors devaluation

trying to sell my house got an offer on it a miserable surveyor came along and devalued it when there is another house up for sale right opposite me with a similar price tag to mine what obviously my buyer thought it was worth what they offered have now lost my buyer plus have lost my surveyors fee and the house which i wanted to by what the hell is going on here i am so angry forgot to tell you by the way he down valued it by thirty thousand pound how did he come to that conclusion help me!
