A cancelled holliday because of an Illness

My wife and two friends were unable to take the Family Holiday I did ring and notify the Crimdon Dene Holiday Park as soon as illness was confirmed by my Doctor ( Certificate enclosed ) I was advised to contact you as us all being Pensioners cannot afford to have another holiday if we are not helped out with this situation ,They did say to mention as we did not used linen, service, or Entertainment passes, that perhaps if not the whole of our Holiday money is lost then please could we have the fore mentioned returned Yours truly Alfred Loveland Alfred Loveland Had a reply from Park Resorts I am in Receipt of your letter (above ) regarding Cancellation of your holiday .Unfortunately no refund is due on the extas purchased on your Sun holiday yours sincerlyLinda Hahoney Park Resorts .
