My grand children were given to me by order of the court because their mother is mentally ill.She has lost her home and is living on the street. They refused to stop sending out the checks even though they were informed she no longer lived at that address. This allowed them to collect the money which is one-third of what they take from the father every two weeks. I sent all the necessary papers to show custody and asked for all the information regarding this case. They refuse to do this. No, I will not leave it in their hands as I am sure they have ripped my daughter and my grandchildren out of enough money. I now have to try to find the father and take him to court to see if he can stop having support kids deduct from his check every two weeks one third of what he is thinking is going to his son.
