Sun Realty in Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina used what I would consider illegal and heavy handed tactics to try to evict my family and guests from a long planned family vacation over a disputed $115 pet fee. I would not recommend using this real estate agency to make your vacation plans in the Outer Banks, NC.
