Straight? Roommates

I've had a total of 6 roommates so far in college. All of them say their straight, but so far there's only been one who didn't give in to having sex with me (usually a bj). With a couple it became a regular thing, especially if they didn't get laid on a date. I think most guys just want to get off any way they can.

How?? I tried to get my roommate to jerk a couple times and it was shot down. I never actually said let's jerk off though. It was more subtitle and jokingly but he always responded with "ok its getting a little gay here."
