How is it right that a cell provider can force you into an agreement (to receive service) then drop your calls even when you are talking to them and then turn around and charge you a $400. cancellation fee for services that they could not provide? I have even disputed the bill but they keep showing up on my credit report. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPRINT TO ANYONE EVEN IF YOU LIVE NEXT DOOR TO ONE OF THEIR DISFUNCTIONAL TOWERS.
