i am complaining about the terrible sprint customer service. they really don't care about their customers except when they are making a sale. they are experts at passing the buck, absolutely no one will take responsibility for the mistakes they make. i will be so happy when my contract ends and i won't have to deal with their crappy attitudes anymore.
