The TREO is the WORST phone I have ever had. Additionally, Sprint has overcharged me several times for services I cancelled. The latest ripoff is charging $53 for Internet usage when I said I did not want to have Internet. Don't do ANYTHING as part of a FREE TRIAL period with Sprint
