Speedyspares.com Customer services are crap, Yes I admit to ordering a fridge freezer part by mistake and wish to return it unused and boxed as received. their terms and comditions state that if the component is returned after 7 days a 50% handling fee will be taken and to phone prior to returning anything. I have phoned 3 times now over 2 days and each time they tell me that 'they will need to look up the details of my order (of which I have given them my reference number) and then they will get back to me. On the last call I questioned what any problems in returning an unused motor could possibly be and I was told that 'she couldn't look into it just now as she was not on duty, but she would call me back later!!!' (how old am I). Now i havn't told her where to stick her motor (yet!) but what she dousn't know is that I returned it yesterday and have cancelled the Visa payment...
