i had a single claim for child tax credits but my partner moved in with me in march so we had to cancel that and make a joint claim for child tax credits, since then child tax credits lost our first claim form and since recieving the second have given us no end of problems, we found out on the 6th of july our claim was being sent to the payments department and did as we was informed by one of there telephonists and called on saturday the the 8th to find out what was happening, we are now being told it could still be a while before we get a payment, we are a family of 6, 2 adults and 4 children and our struggling for money and need any assisstance we can get in getting this sorted out satisfactory
