I've always prided myself on having the very best friends anyone could ask for. I understand that everyone can get wrapped up into their own shit, but I wish that I didn't always have to be the one to call to hang out or even for a conversation. I am on a very different path and it seems like everything is crumbling. But inspite of the chaos, I've found a new peace in the excitement of change. I feel guilty for not being honest and gossip, but these are things I'm working on. Sometimes you just need to step back from a situation, take a deep breath, and be honest with yourself and your relationships. In the end, you're all you have. A sad concept, but a comfort nonetheless.
