I made an appointment to have my furnace checked and light on a House we moved into recently.I waited from 12-5 pm,my appointment time.No one showed up,I called the gas company to enquire why no one came after I waited all day,after speaking with the third employee I was informed 12-5 was not all day. I am still waiting. I guess when you are the only provider you do not need customer service.
