Finishline Shoe Stores Don't know if anybody else has had problems with finishline shoe stores but here is my complaint. Bought a pair of And1 sneakers for my son. he wore them about 10 minutes and took them off complaining of hurting his heel. So I looked them over and saw that the seam had been sewn wrong and was bunched up. So I took them back to store 283 located in Wilton Mall. All I wanted was my money back so I could go some where else to buy sneakers. Well I was told by the manager of the store that i couldn't get my money back due to the fact that the shoes where defective and couldn't be put back on the floor to resell. There policy doesn't allow for defective shoes. So low anad behold here i am stuck with having to be forced to buy some other brand of shoe s from the store or get a store credit. Now to me this is pure ignorance. I am sorry but I buy one pair and they were defective I sure don't want to buy any more from this store but I am forced to.
