Snap Out of It

I wanted my kids to be well ajusted and happy. So I have a habit of pointed out peoples personalities, good or bad, and teaching my kids a lesson from each personality. And I have told my kids to be nice to people no matter what the personality, because everyone is different and you never know what they have been through in their life. One personality I have come across I want to write about today. This person is always having a pity party for themself. This person has learned that if you can make people feel sorry for you, you can get what you want. To my amazement, people like this person a lot and this person usually gets what they want even though they are always going on and on and on about how their life is miserable. This person says they deserve what they want cause they are good, when in reality, I have noticed, they have no problem stepping on people or being mean to them when they don't get what they want. Then they still have the nerve to continue the pity part for themselves and say how good and miserable they are. Then today I started to wonder how God would handle a person like this. God always teaches his people to become better human beings by teaching them lessons, which is always a bad thing for the person getting the lesson. If a person is having a pity party for themselves all the time and not appreciating what they have, God will probably try to break them from the habit. Since this person likes to feel sorry for themselves all the time, God is probably going to multiply there problems until they can't take it anymore and they snap into reality. Reality is when you are nice and respectful to all people, you appreaciate what you have, you appreciate what God gives you, and you let everyday be a happy day! So snap out of it!
