SLOW SERVICE AT FAST FOOD CHAIN

i and others in my family have noticed how mc donalds is slipping in their {fast service} they need to make the managers quit trying to pick up the slack for slow employees and just walk arond and observe how the employees are doing. last 2 breakfasts i ordered took an average of 20 minutes from order to putting the food in my hand. then had to return and get a fork to eat with !! mickey d's-get those managers-MANAGEING !!!!!!
