i am sick & tired of being treated like an intellectual retard and idiot when i phone a call centre and have to either speak to someone who doesn't understand my language or speak to someone who is still in nappies and can only say basically. They then try to inform you that you have agreed to something that you know you would never in your life agree to. Then they say it's been ticked on the computer. Ticked by whom?? Certainly not by me. Where's my copy of confirmation. There isn't one? I know y, because there wasn't one thats y. Sorry to rant but they piss me off.
