Hell yes you should go for it! I think it is so beautiful when a brother and sister get along well instead of fighting each other, when they are lovers it is the best! You just need to be extra careful to not get her pregnant because that would almost certainly end with a sickly baby being born. As long as you are careful about the pregnancy issue, I think a brother/sister couple is better than any other couple. If you two really fall seriously in love and get married, you will need a surrogate father or sperm donor if you ever want children, you can do that. Brother/sister couples also help a family a lot by keeping the family's wealth completely inside the family, seriously, if you and your sister love each other that way, definitely GO FOR IT!
