Sirius customer service SUCKS

I regret switching from XM to Sirius...SIRIUS HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered two Sportster radio / boombox packages. I received the two Sportster radios and two incompatible Starmate boomboxes. I have been trying most of the day to get this mistake corrected, but all customer service did was put me back on hold..................................... I am still on the damn phone waiting for some help at 10:00PM. The WORST SERVICE I EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! Rick
