retail store joyce leslie clothing store for women,march of this year they made a no return or exchange policy with out receipt,people do lose their receipts, any other retail stores will honor a least a exchange.unfortuntaly my daughter cannot get her exchange for a item she bought that was ripped. managment just shoved the policy right to her face.
