Sirius Satellite has the worst customer service I have ever received. I have not been able to get a repaired or replace units for months. Finally when they email me that my replacement unit is in I have to give them a credit card to guarantee I will send in my old units. Two weeks later I still have NOTHING! and it is shipping from my own state!
