My head is all messed up

I am going to break up with my boyfriend tonight. He has done nothing wrong and i have found no one else. I'm just confused about my feelings. why do i feel so sad about breaking up? what else can i do? I love him but feel i am in the way most the time We are together. He says he loves me a great deal and yet i feel ignored. If i leave now he can find someone else.
