Sidewalk Etiquette

It really ticks me off when you're walking down the street and meet two or more people coming from the opposite direction and they won't move an inch to let you by. They seem to expect you to get off the sidewalk and let them pass first. I stake my claim to fifty percent of the space and stand my ground, bracing for impact.
