Sexual Confusion

I have never really been into relationships, even when I hit puberty, because I had a disturbing childhood and my friend think that now I'm sixteen I should be at least mildly interested. But he doesn't know that I went to church camp last year and had sex with a man several times. Now, every time we see each other we can't keep our hands to ourselves, I just feel the need to touch him and be near him- now I have two problems. Could I possibly be gay? Should I tell my friend, for fear of losing him as my only friend?
