i went to pc world solihull birmingham 2 weeks ago to buy a pc. it took over an hour to be seen by an assistant and another hour to purchase the pc. i bought this pc on 6 months interest free credit. 2 weeks later i received a letter saying i had to pay £12 a month and pay the balance after 6 months.
