bullying is on the increase in the royal mail and no one does anything about it it makes me sick and as for some of the managers the should be sacked due to the being the bully most of the time just because they wear a suit to work they think they can treat employees like they are nothing when it is them who do all the work I would like to see them look at their managers and the way the worker are treated.
