something handy to know that I never knew about Sears repair service - if you schedule service between 8 and 12, you get 'bumped' to 1 to 5; if you schedule service between 1 to 5, they show up. Even if you've agreed to and made plans around morning service, you'll get a computerized phone call - at 8am of the day they're to show up - 'ah, too bad - and just what are you going to do about it?' Call the 800 number, wait 20 minutes while listening to their constant advertising brought to you by a sickening smiling voice - to speak to a 'person,' and you get the same reaction. 'Too bad, so sad. Reschedule?' Sears Sucks - always has/always will. DON'T PURCHASE SEARS CRAP IN THE FIRST PLACE!
