HI my name is Willard r conklin and my wife is Mary c conklin we both have sears cards and our house and my tools are all sears.on Sept 16 Th. 2004,I went to sears and bought a 26 horse power garden tractor to do my lawn which is about a 1/4 acre I can't use a push mower because I only have the use of one hand so I bought there best. in may of 2005 when I started to use it the belt and pulleys were making a loud noise ,so I called sears and they came out ,the guy put a washer under the pulley and said that would do it ,he wasn't gone 10 minutes and it was making the noise again. I called them again and they sent another guy out who didn't have the pulley so he had to come back said use the machine it will be OK ,he came back and replaced the pulley and asked me if I put the washer in I told him no and he told me the guy that did it is a jerk.at the end of may they had to come back and the guy ordered a new clutch and he came back and put it on because I kept smelling burning rubber they never replaced the belt all that time ,well the belt went on Saturday Sept 30th this year 2 weeks out of warrantee,I was on the phone for 3 hours getting lied to and hung up on and transferred to a phone no one answered ,when I finally got someone I told them I wanted to talk to a manager and they tried to switch me to the number no one answers and I told them and they disconnected me ,my wife and I are going to pay of our cards and never set foot in a sears store again and IM gona make them my new hobby of complaints and badmouth them all up and down the east cost maybe you can help use Willard & Mary Conklin * Victoria lane beacon N.Y. 12508 845-440-6099
