'I bought a brand new HP Pavilion Slimline Computer 11 weeks ago and am ready to throw it in the trash. When first set it up text and icons flashed and danced all over the page, after hours on the HP help line, it was sent in for REPAIR not replacement although it was brand new, came back no better. Then they sent a guy out to change out the mother board. Which seemed to take care of the problem. But in the process of a couple of reformatings which they asked me to do. I never signed up for the free trial of Office which I didn't want anyway and is now expired. I finally had a working computer and went to write a letter and discovered there is NO included word processing. I called HP and was told I'd have to pay $150 for Microsoft Works. I couldn't believe that they included no basic word processing but after numerous restatements of the problem that is where they left it. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER HP PRODUCT. '
