Sears Appliance Service

I contacted Sears to have my washer repaired. They gave me a 4hr window and date for the service. The day and time came and went without any contact from Sears. I rescheduled and they did make the new service date. However, they told me they can't fix the washer, charged me $60 and left. The problem is a leaking hose connection to the washer valve. I'm 91 years old. I think Sears took advantage of me and I can't do anything about it. I need my washer fixed or my money back.
