rude Safeway employees

I will never ever ever shop at Safeway again .The Graham store in washington has the rudest people in their video /customer service area,They accused me of never returning a movie and I have never ever rented movies there in my life.I only went there to buy stamps and they started screaming at me.They are rude and need to be replaced.
