TalkTalk Business are taking money by direct debit from my 88 year old mother, who is dying of cancer of the Liver. My mum doesn't even own a mobile, has never been in business and has, for the last 20plus years lived in sheltered housing. Despite cancelling the direct debit - TalkTalk Business re-instated it and Abbey (her bank)informed us that this was perfectly legal. Abbey are unable to furnish a copy of the DD with my mother's signature and after phoning NINE different numbers I have been utterly unable to speak to anyone from TalkTalk Business. TalkTalk Business is a part of Carphone Wharehouse I would advise any readers to avoid this company and all of it's subsidiaries.
