Rockaway Bedding in New Windsor, NY was very happy to sell me a new King Koil Spine Support Mattress in May. Only after 6 wks I noticed there was a sag forming in the middle of the bed. I'm not a heavy person at 140lbs and sleeping alone. I went back to the store and when I started discussing it with the person there, they told me there were instructed by mgmt to remove that model from there floor because there had been complaints about it and there was a problem and not to continue to sell it. I was told to contact their customer service and now after much jerking me around for almost two months, they have offered to deduct $200 for removal of this because I'm not comfortable and give me $600 store credit. They must be out of their mind.. What a scam. I have a defective product and they want me to just take a portion of a refund to use in their store. They can't be serious. I want my entire $800 back, period. Is there anyone out there who knows who can help me with this? I'm putting this online and sending this info to the NYS Attorney General and Orange County Consumer Affairs in hopes that this can be resolved. PJF
