
Ripped off from Vonage

Vonage failed to provide service in a timely manner, charged my credit card without my approval, never answered my email complaints (customer service never replied even once) and lied. I threatened to sue them by making contact with the office of the president. They settled by agreeing to a confidential contract and paying a settlement fee. Immediately after mutually signing the contract, Vonage defaulted on it and bagan charging my credit card again.
