
BAD PHONE SERVICE

I have recently gone over to TalkTalk phone company from BT I got home from work last night and my phone was dead. I have tried to contact them by mobile, email and on line but I have had no responce so I have sent the company a letter.I know if the phone breaks down you have to wait for it to be repaird but I cannot even get in contact with this company to report the fault.My husband tried to get in contact with them on his mobile and it cost him £2-20 and still no responce.I myself have had to go and buy myself a mobile phone, because I need the phone for my work because I am in the proceeds of having a book published.I think this is a very poor show,because when the rep came round to see me she said that I would be getting better service than BT. I am complaing to you because if this is the service TalkTalk are offering then I feel very disatisfied.It is a good job thatI have a computer and am able to report this complaint on line.
