I ordered inkjet cartridges from ezinkjets.com 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. It is impossible to speak to a customer service rep, their online tracking system stinks and their '100% satisfaction guarantee' is a joke! If I thought that I would receive the refund I would cancel the order.
