
Comcast the robbers

Please, help me stop these Robbers!!! Comcast formally know as Time Warner has charged us for a service that we did not use nor do we ever plan on using. They charged us for $189 in pay-per-veiw. We called customer service and they informed us that I needed to talk to someone in sales. The people in sales told me that Ineed to talk to someone in customer service. I were transfered 4 times and held on the line for about 72 minutes in all. We were transfered back to customer service and they told me that a technician would have to come out and view my DVR box to check to see if I did order these PPV's so I welcomed it. To make a long story short, the technician came out and indicated their were not signs of any PPV orders ever from this house. I called Comcast(Robbers) and told them what the technician said and asked for credit. They told me that they would get back to me but never did so I called them back only to find out that they would credit me $100 and that I still would be responsible for the other $89, despite what the technician said. I just wanted to let everyone out there know that there are other companies that offer cable. Do not do business with Comcast the OUTCASTs!! I need help getting this resolved.
