Rip off builders

COWBOYS aka SOPRANO wannabe Im sure everyone will suffer from this at some point, but weve had the WORST builder ever doing our house up. Instead of taking 3 months it took 6 and he ripped us off for tens of thousands. He then had the cheek 4 months later to ask 4 his ladders back, which we dont have. He then proceded to slash all 4 tires on my car and then break the back window.
