Reservists-the invisible collateral

The United States Armed Forces may be subjectithousands of reservists to indentured service by mistakes made by the administrators of pay and compensation. The errors which may total thousands of dollars are then, levied on the unsuspecting and unknowning reservist. When reservists are called to duty, they are not issued udated employee handbooks, WHY NOT if they can be criminially prosecuted and forced into debt due to incompentence of others?
