I paid an up front fee for service and when I was unable to continue the treatment Scott Jones, at Ute Pass Chiropractic in Woodland Park, Colorado would not refund my money. I was unable to continue service because of other serious medical problems. I took the summer of 2005 off and was gone 3 months. During that time Scott Jones sold his practice. He said he call to tell me, however, I never received a message or a letter. Now he says it was my fault I didnt get the refund because I never contacted him. He will not refund the money and has only offered to work something out with the new doctor at his old clinic for me to receive treatment. I have told them I am now moving and cannot drive 1 1/2 hours to see a chiropractor. If this man goes back into practice or you receive service from his wife beware!
