This is the buttom line to buying a Redman Power Chair. For over two years this company has refused to program and address the problems I had right from the day my chair was delieved. I have stacks of paper work proving that this company did not honor their aggreement and then tried to make it appear that it was all me fault when I finally had enough and wrote them up for breaking their service aggreement. Word to the WISE...don't but this chair until you can take care of all the maintance and repair yourself...they do not have a reliable service department and from a cost between 20 and 28 thousand dollars, I think you need to think twice! I have a very exspensive chair that no one so far will even look at because they don't know anything about this company and now I wish I had never heard anything about this campnay. I had done as much research and called several time with the company's President and he had assured me I would have no problem gettting service..but of course that was not the case! I have not been able to take any legal action due to on going illness and I just may not be able to fight this but anyone that can...Please do for the seek of all of us who have been abused by these companies that seem to get away with their underhanded business practices! End the end..it just seems like the good people just finish last and nobody seems to care!! A Redman power chair customer who has paid the price for being disabled!!!
