bad business practices

My bother-in-law spent over 100,000 on a new Freightliner truck for his business 10 mo. ago. This truck was built especially for him. He has had nothing but trouble out of the truck and the Freightliner Co. It has been in the shop more of the last 10 mo. than it has been in his possession. It vibrates so much he cannot stand to drive it. The company cannot figure out what is wrong with it and refuses to replace it. He has spent so much time taking it from his home state of GA to thier shop in North Carolina, his business has suffered.
