Realtors are price fixing in their areas, eg our area is 7% at every Real Estate office. Realtors cause inflation and do not do the job their claim to do. There is no service attavched to their horrendous fee. Also MLS is open to realtors only and this is protectionism. Do reltors own the MLS service and if not does anyone know who does?
